Through an integrated, multidisciplinary approach, we develop and test innovative protocols for the treatment of oncological and neurodegenerative diseases. Specifically, we use nanosecond pulsed electric fields (nsPEF) in combination with innovative drugs and ionizing radiation to enhance their efficacy. The effects of combining physical and pharmacological therapies are tested both in vitro and in vivo models to precisely evaluate their biological impact and therapeutic effectiveness.
